Supercharged Green Smoothie
I first came up with this green smoothie recipe in my last trimester of pregnancy when I was feeling ravenous by 7:30am! A delicious balance of healthy fats, carbohydrates, fibre and essential vitamins and minerals this was the perfectly balanced meal during my final trimester when baby was growing and mummy was getting tired!

Supercharged green smoothie
What you’ll need:
250ml coconut water (I like to use fresh coconut water, C Coconut or Raw C brands)
1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
5 ml flaxseed oil
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 tbl chia seeds
WHAT YOU’LL NEED to do:
It’s pretty simple! Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This smoothie is easily transportable to work, simply tip the contents into your empty jar and go!
