Chia Pudding

One of my favourite ways to use chia seeds,  is to whip up a chia pudding! One of the brilliant things about chia seeds is that they have a neutral taste, so you can add different flavours and toppings to make the taste different each time.

What you’ll need:
1 cup milk (I use almond or coconut milk)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1-2 drops of stevia for sweetness
What you’ll need to do:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combine…
Place the mix into a jar or container and place in the fridge for up to 2 hours or overnight…..there you have it chia puddings! Once your pudding is set, top with fresh fruit or nuts and seeds! If you feel like a decadent chocolate hit, add some cacao to the mix before placing in the fridge!
