Cacao Banana Smoothie

Even health coaches get cravings for chocolate from time to time, and when I do this is often my go-to fix! My cacao banana smoothie is a deliciously filling smoothie that tastes naughty, but is actually loaded with beneficial nutrients and good fats.

So if you’re after a slightly sweeter breakfast smoothie, or something sweet to get you through the afternoon then this is your gal!

What you’ll need – serves 1

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbl. chia seeds
  • 1 tbl. ABC spread or almond butter
  • 1 handful ice

What you’ll need to do:

In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until well combined. Serve chilled 🙂
