It’s time to create space…

For as long as I can remember I’ve been interested in health and wellness… what people eat, how to move your body, the newest health craze, exercise or ‘superfoods’..chances are I’ve either read about it, bought it or it has found its way into my weekly menu…

My passion comes from a place of wanting to create a healthy and happy life. Needless to say this ‘passion’ (or obsession as most people who know me well would say) has led me to create this blog… The Nourishing Space, a space for like-minded people….people who are interested in creating their best life by nourishing themselves through FOOD, MOVEMENT, MIND AND SOUL….

Up until now my passion for wellness has simply been a hobby…experimenting with different foods, movement and self care and influencing and educating anyone and everyone that will listen! I have decided to try and turn my hobby into more than a create the life I want, and to nurture my inner hippie. So here it goes…to creating SPACE for my passion and making it my life!
