I created my Healthy Habits program as a way to help and show busy women that living a healthy lifestyle is easy for anyone and everyone. Over three months, we’ll work together to break whatever cycle you’re in to create healthy habits that work for YOU in your life. We’ll set the foundations to get you eating well, thinking well and moving well so that a healthy lifestyle comes naturally to you.

As your health + wellness coach, I will become your personal guide and mentor. I will empower you to take back the responsibility for your own health, and support you to create and sustain healthy habits that will achieve your personal health goals.


We’ll start with a FREE 30 minute health goals session to talk through what’s most important to you and your health right now. During this call you can get a feel for my coaching style and make an informed decision about your healthy habits program. If you don’t feel comfortable after our chat, there is no obligation to commit to the program!

I like to start all of my new clients off with a FREE 30 minute chat. It helps us get to know each other a little better, and decide whether we’re the right fit for each other.

After your health goals session I will send you a recap of what we discussed and your payment options if you decide to go ahead with the healthy habits program.

The full cost of the program is $850. After payment has been made we will book in your six sessions and I will send you your welcome kits to get you started!

It doesn’t matter whether you need help incorporating a wholesome breakfast into your day, or simply learning the benefits of meditation. Our end goal is to help you build habits that are going to stick, and create a healthy lifestyle that works for you.

We will meet either over the phone or on Skype (in person sessions can be arranged for Sydney based clients) for a 50 minute session. During each session we will work together to create a realistic plan that will take you one step closer to a healthier life.

We’ll set goals to track, and we’ll try new things out. If they work, we keep them in and adjust from time to time and if they don’t work we chuck them and start again! The benefit of having your own personal health + wellness coach is that you’ve got someone that’s on your side, helping you every step of the way. I’ll share everything I’ve got in my toolkit with you. I’ve got 101 ways to improve your sleep, proven techniques for increasing energy and I could talk about wholefoods and ways to build them into the busiest of lives until the cows come home. The purpose of this program is to make you the expert on you. So that you can take charge of your health + wellness and have the confidence and the skills to be able to live your healthy life, for the rest of your life.

I will provide you with all the materials you need to create these habits, things like worksheets, recipes, and recommendations on where to shop and eat out.

When your six sessions are finished, you will receive an additional 1 month of email support from me so that you can be held accountable and access me if you have any questions or issues that pop up after our time together. I will also supply you with a summary of what you’ve accomplished during the program and recommendations for you to follow to sustain your new found health and vitality!
