Waking up feeling lethargic, unmotivated and exhausted is commonplace but it’s not normal.
Feeling healthy, waking up with energy and finding balance isn’t just for single twenty-somethings. It is something we all deserve, and can have.
But you must carve this life out for yourself, and I want to help you do that.
I say this because I haven’t always lived the life I do today.
Three years ago, I was your typical stressed out, anxious individual who felt each day like the slamming of a judge’s gavel on a guilty verdict. I was my own worst enemy. To top it all off, I was sleep deprived, had digestion issues, anxiety, and used food as a means to control and cope with my unhealthy lifestyle.
I knew that if things were going to be different, I needed to make significant changes to my life in both a physical and emotional way.
So I quit my stressful job. I made a commitment to eat wholefoods. I started meditating. I let go of toxic relationships and I prioritised myself through self-nurturing practices.
The changes I made to my life are still thriving and evolving today. But like anything, they require WORK to maintain. Nothing comes easy.
My health is a daily commitment but I see it as a commitment that deserves the span of a lifetime.
You too deserve to feel this way, to wake up with an abundance of energy, to nourish yourself from the inside out and to feel happy within your life.
